I have a pertinent question here which I am not sure of the answer..It is stated that 75% of the votes must be "yes" for the acquisition to go thru. is it referring to 75% of 80% (100% minus management's 20%) or is it 75% of 100% (total shares issued)? Can anybody heelp to clarify?? will appreciated it very much.Thanks.

RICHKID: have you told the fellow investors that after this ;there is a massive right issue that needs to be subscribe by the holder of the original shares..I cant recall the ratio but :if I am not wrong it should be 1:4 or 1:5 ; meaning a share will oblige you to buy the right at 4 shares. At this point I am not aware of the rights subscription price. It could be 0.70cts per right..Pls, as investors ,do the arithmetic as to how much you have to give to subsribe to you rights!!!!.If the rights issue is 0.70 per share; the a holder of 1 original share is oblidge to subsribe to 4 rights issues at 0.70 cts per share.
