Share sharp sell-off, usually in response to analyst downgrade or some other event. They are also a normal part of a stock's base-building effort (finished 2nd round of "bull run"). Investors who have faith in a company's story and fundamentals and know how to analyze the stock's chart can tune out the noise. As long as the stock resumes quiet, constructive base-building action, there's no reason to worry.

ImCK, what I can tell you is, HK fund still holding IRIS. Nothing to worry at this period of time. Look for long term and aims for 1.37. That's all I can share.

Projects in Thailand, Papua NG, Solomon Island, already kick off. China, Brunei and some Africa countries will be announced in next few months. :)

First pp shares wont flood the mkt as they will be kept by identified entities.
2nd rhb wont sell if ever they have the shares through this way..very costly. Becoz I m the remisier myself.these people talk nonsense.

To keep the private placement attractive to the buyer, iris mother share have to be traded at above 56cents. That means 56cents is a new supporting point at this moment. My 2 cents

I believe more projects will be awarded to Iris, as it needs more fund/working capital to carry out these project! To me it is a positive announcement. :)

Agreed with Hotrod. Pls do not worry of dilutes of EPS. The main purpose of private placement is to improve it's working capital etc; to me, PP is better than get loan from bank as PP doesn't need to pay interest. If you are familiar with East Asia share market, especially in HK and Japan, Share price will rise after PP. Hence, nothing to worry most importantly, the management use the PP fund in the right way to generate RIGHT profits!

by right, WA & WB should running in pair with the mother share, but now looks like it is traded below premium i.e. -1.65% it is very attractive price. In another word, if you buy WA & WB now, immediately you convert it to mother share at 0.15cents you will earn 1.65%.

that's why WA and WB will boost up . is just a matter of time.

Iris bound back after 5days in Red.

More positive news would be announced in next 2-3 weeks! Is worth to hold and decide later. Anyway, trade at your own risk! :)

A friends told me Iris's PE is seriously high and Iris share price is higher than it's NTA , better sell. At the end he sold all his WB and Mother share at 0.32 and 0.40 before CNY thinking to collect when it drop below selling price but it never happened. Today, he told me he bought back at 0.39cents and 0.535cents. Aikssss.....

Fundamental! as a long term investor, my family and i always pick a stock which is having a good management team and of course financially stable.

Time to accumulate :)
