歐佩克不減產‧油價續下跌

（美國‧紐約16日訊）主要產油國阿拉伯聯合酋長國表示歐佩克不會減產，國際油價15日繼續下跌，紐約油價跌至2009年5月以來的最低水準。

阿聯酋能源部長蘇海勒‧馬茲魯伊告訴記者，歐佩克會維持目前3000萬桶每日的產量，將等待至少3個月再考慮召開緊急會議。馬茲魯伊說：“我們不會因為油價跌至60美元或40美元而改變主意。”他說，歐佩克不會立刻調整現在的產能，阿聯酋也未接到任何關於召開歐佩克緊急會議的通知。

歐佩克11月27日宣佈維護產量不變。歐佩克的前三大產油國沙特阿拉伯、伊拉克和科威特近日已先後下調了向亞洲出口原油的官方售價。市場人士指出，原油市場進入價格戰，給原油價格帶來壓力。

非歐佩克國家原油產量大幅提升，全球原油供應充裕等因素持續壓低油價。美國的產量方面，美國能源信息局的報告顯示，截至5日的一週美國原油產量上升至日均912萬桶，位1983年以來的最高，去年同期的產量為日均807萬桶。
