my point of view is that this is a good co. I have to agree that they are not bias to any political personnel. Relatively well diversified with different type of value proposition, is not really out and out construction, it does utility, not a developer but do joint venture with Kwasa and do capital21. All these with a very solid engineering core. And it shows in their result.

Gadang is one of the strongest engineering co, also hospital specialist. PH wants to build more hospitals, good la.

A few days later we will see CEO sapu, EPF sapu and then they wait.

The only exposure i can think of is only contracts will change to open bid, will delay a bit. LRT/MRT will still continue under PH. But the stock price, going south. Scared what I also don;t know.

solid. still have 2b in construction. construction alone, can give revenue of 166m per qtr avg if assume 3 years to complete. and put on top of property, estimate 20m per qtr revenue, will give some good solid revenue. cash flow also good, no gearing issue, this is assuming no other project come in from now till 3 years - okay la, this company can keep.

people will only realize it when coming 1 or 2 qtrly result appear. I also think it is a good stock.
