Today oversold, tmr still can oversold, it can continue oversold till we or somebody 'support' the supply selling. The more importance point: why ppl sell if it so good? Why ppl buy if it so bad? Will you buying if you known it undervalue?

My personal view of 'Oversold' : Supply bigger than Demand that make price drop sharply till balance at lowest price that demand and supply equa. this price should be undervalue. no need thanks me.

Definition of 'Oversold'
1. A condition in which the price of an underlying asset has fallen sharply, and to a level below which its true value resides. This condition is usually a result of market overreaction or panic selling.

2. A situation in technical analysis where the price of an asset has fallen to such a degree - usually on high volume - that an oscillator has reached a lower bound. This is generally interpreted as a sign that the price of the asset is becoming undervalued and may represent a buying opportunity for investors.

Investopedia explains 'Oversold'
1. Assets that have experienced sharp declines over a brief period of time are often deemed to be oversold. Determining the degree to which an asset is oversold is very subjective and could easily differ between investors.

2. Identifying areas where the price of an underlying asset has been unjustifiably pushed to extremely low levels is the main goal of many technical indicators such as the relative strength index, the stochastic oscillator, the moving average convergence divergence and the money flow index.

Oversold is the opposite of overbought.

That's why price drop from 1.90 to 0.200 recently. This ctr for trading still ok. i will keep further coz MACD(26,12,9) +ve first time in a year....don't think any down trending ctr so easy can reverse it MACD? let the market tell us what to do.

oskfans, Short term: daytrade, T to T+3, swing trade (3 to 12 day, buy on uptrend only), 'tips trade' (buy on tips, sell on news come out, normally less then a month), 'speculate' (trade quetly, but normally less then 3 month).
Mid term: Invest atleast 3 month to 2 years, purpose to get dividen and capital gain. normally hv objective like gain 30% in few month before take profit otherwise keep to long term. A lot of retailler in this type.
Long term: This very easy , just buy and dont sell? 2 years to forever....long term investor normally like dividen only. suitable in blue chips. Institution normally in this type.

This is my second time buying CSL. Fisrt time I buy 10 lot at 1.05 and sell at 1.15. Recently I buy 10 lot also, but at 0.215. So my cost at 0.115 (not include fee). Can CSL drop to 0.115?
