On 12 November 2015, M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board, had announced that the
Company proposed to undertake the Proposals.
Subsequently, on 24 November 2015, M&A Securities had announced that Bursa Securities
had vide its letter dated 23 November 2015 approved in-principle for the listing of and
quotation for the following:

(i) Up to 206,126,317 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(ii) Up to 972,888 additional Warrants A arising from the adjustments pursuant to the
Proposed Bonus Issue;

(iii) Up to 18,968,010 additional Warrants B arising from the adjustments pursuant to the
Proposed Bonus Issue;
