D Japanese r reputedly good managers. Hypermarkets r cash cows no bad debts cos purchases r either by cash,credit cards or debit cards. One of a better managed GLC if u analysed past fiscal records. Most disgraceful GLC is MAS. Despite in a monopolistic bizness it hardly made any profits. If I remembered vividly it has been rescued a few times yet still can't stand on its own two feet. Bilions of taxpayers money blatantly wasted.

In my opinion d prices of hses.in KL hv reached d level beyond d affordability of many. Imagine a dst intermediate unit currently cost rm1m in Tmn.Tun n Bandar Utama.
