This swap share/debt at 645 will execute in 1st quarter 2021. Else, GM will instruct and use disposed shares profit to pay on behalf of OPM. Interestingly, Nusankota was the sholder of OPM via 50mil swap share also. I will sit out with popcorn and watch from outside as operators trying so hard to maintain price at the 645 region as per proposed resolution.
