What do you expect from a company with losses? 2nd Qtr 2020 revenue only RM14.83 million with a loss of RM10.2 million. Of course Dato Awang Daud will continue to dispose because the 3rd Qtr 2020 will see further losses.

Assuming the profit is RM100 million, the TP is RM0.80
On the other hand, if the vaccine business does not materialised, its share will be trading at between RM0.08 to RM0.10 (hopefully we won't have to face this situation)

Lets be realistic. I like maths. Assuming the total shares in issuance is 2.5 billion and PE is 20. For its share price to achieve:
a. RM0.32, Profit=RM40 miilion, EPS=1.6 sen
b. RM2.00, Profit=RM250 million, EPS=10 sen
c. RM4.00, Profit=RM500 million, EPS=20 sen
d. RM10.00, Profit=RM1.5 billion, EPS=50 sen

(a) can be achieved easily
(b) possible but very hard
(c and d) you need a miracle

NPRA1985 @angelo To be honest , I have never ever heard of the Taiwanese company linked to metronic in my entire life (I am a health professional btw). Furthermore, the vaccine has only just begun phase I clinical trial.

I am just sceptical about this kind of announcement. Projected can achieve RM120 to RM180 million. So easy and simple meh? I would not be interested at all. Let us just put our focus on Kanger. Just don't be too optimistic. Else will be very disappointed if it doesn't materialised.

Mtronic is joining the vaccine club. Interesting but scary. Must be extremely careful nowadays. Too many listed companies making announcements venturing into vaccine businesses, just like for gloves businesses. Wonder how many will actually materialised at the end of the day.

Announcement of 3rd Qtr 2020 financial period result is just around the corner. For the first 6 months of 2020, Kanger made a loss of RM4.42 million. Hoping for the best.

The current total shares in issue is 1.872 billion. Does anyone know the final total shares in issue for Kanger taking into account the followings:
a. 20% PP
b. 130 million shares under Share Issuance Scheme for directors and eligible employees
c. 1.585 billion Redeemable Convertible Notes (RCN) with conversion at RM0.04

Note: Not sure how many of para a and b have been converted to ordinary shares until now.

Bemillion I don't like the idea of Kanger being involved in gloves business. There are so many listed companies jumping into the band wagon by announcing their ventures into gloves businesses lately. I can assure you that most of these companies are just trying to boost its share price and will not see the production of gloves. Don't ever be misled by their estimated profits based on their projection on paper. It is not easy to start up a gloves business and it won't guarantee you profit even if one starts productions. These new comers can never be on par or beat the existing big players in term of quality, costs, management and productions.

NPRA1985 That oldman KYY is not trustworthy and cannot be trusted. Look at his ill-fated investments in CSL, Hengyuan, Dayang and JAKS. Becareful of him as he has no integrity. He can say a particular stock is very good and call for buy recommendation and the very next day he will say that particular stock is not good. I have read his recommendation to buy AT with TP of 0.92 just a few days ago and now he recommended ppl to sell. One more thing if you notice, he will always recommend ppl to buy stock when the stock already reach a sky high price!

NPRA1985 There is nothing wrong for that particular director to dispose his share in the open market. Sometimes this is what we called pre-arrangement between two parties to push the share price higher. The director cannot push the price himself as this will be against the law. So he make pre-arrangement with third parties in order for the third parties to push it. It is a win-win.

Gold price will rise in near future due to these 3 factors:
1. Weakening USD
2. Inflation expectations move higher
3. Emerging markets retail demand continues to recover.

Whether we make profits or losses, it is our own business, nothing to do with others. I have made substantial profits on Kanger on all my 6 times trading this share.
