这个附加股是可以转换或弃权的（Renounceable），也就是说如果股东不想要把附加股补钱去认购新的母股，这个权利是可以在市场上抛售，也就会有MBSB-OR的出现。
Ex-right issue是在23/12/13，由于23日是星期一，股东必须在前一个交易日持有MBSB，才享有附加股的认购权。附加股以1对2的形式分发。如果股东有1000股MBSB，也就会得到500股的MBSB-OR，而股东必须以RM 1.65的认购价去购买新的母股。
那么，看起来很值得，现在母股RM 2.77（11/12/13的收市价），那么认购RM 1.65不是很好赚？
在股市，千万不要觉得有那么大的蛤蜊随街跳。每每有什么Exercise，价钱都会被调整。Ex-Date就是价钱调整的日期。
假设20/12/13的收市价是 RM 2.75，23日的调整价就是：
Ex-rights reference price
= (2.75×2)+ (1.65×1)
2 + 1
= RM 2.38
预计MBSB-OR 大约会交易在 2.38- 1.65= RM 0.73
MBSB-OR 会在 27/12- 3/1 之间在板上交易，6/1/14 MBSB-OR就不会在板上了。
20/1/2014 则会公布认购的数目，Oversubscribe多少等等。
29/1/2014 MBSB的新股就会上市。

Investing in PMCorp is a very safe thing to do. It has all the upside potential as its quality assets less all liabilities is worth more than its present share price. It business in chocolate is small but profitable. Potential to be the next Nestle? I think this statement is too far fetched.

Balance sheet healthy and no sign of burning of cash. there is little or no downside unless the major shareholders squander away the money it has.
