My good friends, under this sort of selling down situation what have we learnt?
I have gone through all these many times already, so I am not scare.
my secret is very very simple.
1. do not buy on margin account or borrow money to invest during good time even though they offer you good interest
2. reshuffle your portfolio. Now I am slowly reducing my 12 counters to 5 only
3. now you can use margin to buy more shares at lower price if you have no more cash.

I know you had lsot a lot of money , to rcoup your loss , now is the right time to buy back, if you don't buy now, you will regret. quarter result to be released end of this month. last quarter so teruk, this quarter sure good. now I want to buy more for short term after quarter result. 1 month > 15% profit where to find? BUY! if you dare not , then sell and put the money into FD and 1 year earn 3% less ringgit depreciation 4%.

how about gadang? I think you are holding more than 1000k shares. quarter result is to be released end of this month, I believe if it can sustain the generally expected earning around 5 sen, then undoubtedly now is the good time to collect more. I already sold some of my heavy weight counters like aeoncr and maybank ready to buy more gadang to optimise return.

I ask myself, do you believe the price can go back to 1.50? YES! are you going to sell somewhere less than 1.50? NO! So, if I am not selling , then 0.99 or 9.9 are just figure. it is not real, So what to be afraid of or happy about? so stay hopeful and be grateful that you still buy more at lower price. 1. if you are not going to sell tomorrow, why bother so much about the price. whether it is 2.00 or 1.58 just figure, nothing to be afraid of or happy about. do not torture yourself.

2. I am not rich, sometimes also bohong-bohong to make people hopeful and also make myself hopeful. if I tell you I receive dividend RM4.80 , I think you won't even bother to read my post, normal human being is that "soy" one.

I had said many time , trading is just like fishing, if you found a right spot , stick to that spot and wait for the big fish to get hook, if you shift from place to place at the end you catch no fish. I can tell you for sure right now, even those the price shoot up to 2.00 tomorrow I also won't sell, what more it is 1.58 now. if I don't sell, 1.58 or 2.00 just a figure to me , NOTHING to fear or happy about, what I want now is the 4 sen dividen. I am calculating 120k x 4 sen = RM4800.00 , what to buy? may be can buy a good bag for my wife. hahaha.....

base on the price of 1.58, the EV/EBIT = 4.8, you tell me which construction company has the enterprise value multiple lower than gadang?

kwap still has 4% cost >1.8 and the big kaki for pp cost1.68, you think they want to lose money?

nordimohd, if we base on fundamemdamental to trade ,then our trading decision is very simple and clear cut, unless the earning does not meetthe general expectation or the market is bearish as you said, but I just do not sense any sign of crash , at least at this moment. so I suggest top up / hold is the best action for the moment. right?

we buy a stock because it has good intrinsic value and believe it can sustain its good earning growth. as I always say, trading is like fishing, if you keep changing spot at the end you catch no fish, learn to do some simple calculation to evaluate a stock before you purchase, do not act on hearsay, do not be emotional, do not borrow money to trade , there is no such thing as sure win but can win, get a right spot and wait for the big fish to get hooked. remember what I said: do not hope for fast gain, believe you can win big. fortune is for those who deserved, if this is not your "rezeki". you will think I talk rubbish, but thing won't change because you don't believe. maybe you can do as i am doing, buy and forget unless earning fall below your expectation.

cbip is very very good for long term , how about the indo ruling of foreigner land owning policy? already settled? but I have no nasib for the counter, everytime I bought , I loss money switching to other counter. the best memory was switched to preshad, that time len_yen recommended about 70 sen

when you talk about coastal, I think of tas, these two counters really testing our skill to choose. I know I should choose coastal in term of growth, I feel that may be tas can give me a better retrun within 1 year. So i gamble with my nasib, i am collecting tas now, below 1.10. already fulfill 70% of my quota of intended amount

I am trading these 2 counters for fun , I bought kssc because at that time it was showing uptrend and there quite many ppl promoting, I sold a few days later because it had achieved my earning target of 15%. then I think leonfb may follow suit, but look very disappointing, may let go next week , even though at a loss. in simple words, I just play-play only nothing else

why I sell KSSC and switched to leonfb ?

i do not have any particular interest in leonfb, other to say it is safe to play. I bought into this counter for fun, for kopi money only, as I did for kssc, mfcb, fiamma and ghl, you know it is very boring keeping and holding on those core portfolio and doing nothing. anyhow thank you very much for your willingness to interact with me.

ooptikus, I also bought kssc on 23/9 and sold on 29/9 . I bought because it is uptrend and there are so many promotions. I just play for fun otherwise very boring keeping all my core value counters, like matrix, ptaras, scientx,lbs, aeoncr...doing nothing I sold because it had achieved my short term target 15%.
I don't want to hold for long term because when I checked it does not have those fundamental value as the counters I am going to hold for a long long time, How about future potential growth value? I don't know , teamZ may be can help.

my personal view is the stocks selected have high potential future growth but definitely not undervalued. so with uncle z far sight of acopany future growth and kcchongnz calculation, then it would be a best match ever. thank you uncle z and kcchongnz
