QR doesnt matter - this company is one of the major front runners for ECRL so what matters is getting in before lift off. It's already at a bargain. Just my opinion, you're welcome to disagree.

I'll be honest I didn't think it would drop much below 0.9, but here we are. Too many factors happening at the same time which is why this counter is taking a battering. If you have no holding power then get out while you can. I averaged down to about 0.94, but I'm planning to this hold this counter for long-term. I believe there is a lot.of value in it, and that once projects start taking off in the next quarter, so will this counter.

It will continue on this downtrend as long as the markets are still affected by US-China tradewar, but look at the traded volume and how low it is. As soon as market fears subside, buying will come back in at full-force for bargains.

Will probably drop for a bit because the panic-sellers who don't understand how to properly invest will sell it off, but after that will rise again because smart investors will pick up the shares at a bargain. The typical Malaysian cycle.

For myself, I first went in at about 1.04, then averaged down when it was 0.92 - so my average price is at 0.95. I personally believe that anything under RM1.00 would still be a good time to go in, however, due to the nature of Malaysian speculative markets, the volatility could mean that the price might drop again due to any number of external factors. If you're going in, make sure you are able to hold for at least 3-4 months.
