The result are not very bad as long as post profit. Short term sell down are normal due to lower Qtr revenue/profit but mid term shall able to stay above 75 cents level. I have confident the company will continue to be profit although not record breaking profit.

This qtr just need to show positive figure or higher than last qtr. The share price will slowly climb upward.

Look like accumulation process. Morning the price drop, flush out those no holding power. Afternoon maintain above 80 cents and keep accumulate.

Althought with vaccine available. Glove demand still higher than pre-covid. Average selling price also will be higher than pre-covid.

Wait for the company update when to complete the acquisition of the glove company. Once it is confirmed then will see some buying interest built up.

The company has dept that Vizione need to serve as well.

Invest in Vizione need to be patient for 1 more qtr. The management are working into successfully turn around with new investment such as glove/cyriptocurrency.

I also think the prospect ahead for this company should be good.

This stock meet all the criteria of IB and Fund manager. They will slowly accumulate.

The best part are those new company set up production to produce glove cannot sustain due to lower ASP after 2021 and need to pay bank their loan. Then with the cash rich position of Top Glove and Supermax, both can go to buy over these company at low price and increase their capacity without need to buy land and built their ownself.

China built only for their domestic consumption. Why they want to invest heavily for something that Malaysia company already monopolized for 20 years. Furthermore, if they are smart to know that the high ASP will only last till End-2021 - Again WHY they want to invest.
Remember Top glove and Supermax are cash rich now. They can compete with any new player which start to invest and what is their ROI. Worst is they borrow money to start up new production facilities.

No worry. Overall only drop less than 15%. If you can't affort 10-20% fluctuate of share price then hard for you to be long term investor. You will always cut lost and chase high when price rebound. My personnal advice.

Did you notice that KWAP / EPF or Tabung Haji have not invest into Supermax yet. Just imagine what will be the price once they start to invest or purchase Supermax share. They may attract with the good propect of glove in coming years.

I see Rm 1.20 possible within this month. Bery strong resistance at Rm 1.00.

Look at today Covid case around the world. Glove company will be busy to cope with huge demand and quartely result should be superb for this year.

No worry many people buy the warrant to convert into mother share. The company will have ample of cash when more people convert warrant. The law suit penalty amount not a problem for the company to pay.
