IGB Reit is in same Retail Mall sector as CMMT and Sunreit. These 2 have climbed a lot recently. IGB will catch up if the other 2 maintain their current prices

Don't bother looking at profit or revenue as it is distorted by revaluation. Look at DPU which increased by 11% over 2013. Well done.

Last two dividends net of tax gives 10.08 sen. On 1.72, it still is a fairly good 5.9% yield. Better than PAvreit.

At RM1.70, the yield is only 6.2%, still well above a number of other Reits.

Wow ...foreign funds just pouring back in after exiting the eurozone.

Overtaken Sunreit. Historically CMMT trades at 20 sen above Sunreit.

I see it going back to 3.85 levels by mid year.

RHB recommends Sunreit, CMMT and Hektar. Of the 3, CMMT gives the highest yields so I just collected some more.

No announcement. Few ppl read this paper. The amt of rental loss is about 6% of revenue, so quite significant.

1) Ni Hsin has appointed Datin Ida Suzaini binti Abdullah (“Datin Ida”) as an Executive Director, who has the requisite experience in the O&G sector. The Board of Directors of Ni Hsin (“the Board”) understands that Datin Ida has provided some of her views on her plans and what she may contribute to Ni Hsin during the interview with TheEdge Malaysia. However, the Board of Ni Hsin has not deliberated nor approved any venture into the O&G sector yet. Datin Ida informed that she has proposals from several local and foreign parties to do joint ventures but this subject matter has not been presented to the Board for deliberation. Thus, the Board is not aware of any talks with any local or foreign parties to have joint ventures with at this moment. Announcements will be made in due course should the Board approves any proposed diversification into the O&G sector and any proposed joint ventures. If required, shareholders‘ approval will also be sought for any proposed diversification of business into the O&G sector.

2) Datin Ida informed that she had met some of the directors from Ideal Jacobs and Ideal Jacobs has expressed interest to collaborate with Ni Hsin if opportunity arises. However, the subject matter has not been presented to the Board thus, the Board is not aware of any proposed collaboration with Ideal Jacobs at this moment. However, Rizvi bin Abdul Halim, who was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) of Ni Hsin recently, also serves as an INED of Ideal Jacobs

Have to read between the lines. What does "has not been presented to the Board for deliberation" mean? Now only calling for Board meeting...

With the sharp price increase in Sunreit and IGB, pressure is building up for CMMT. No reason to be at such discount to the others.

No rights issue announced. You are referring to the proposed Placement? This doesn't worry me. They will just ask for another 6 month extension if they can't place out by December at the price they want. And it is very easy to calculate the appropriate price so that it would not reduce yield.

This Reit is as safe as Fixed Deposit, but double the returns...heheh

Nihsin was never in GST game...it is something else. If you read the announcements, you can figure our for yourself what is going to happen.

Great opportunity to buy on weakness. Good yields. At this price, yield is 6.4%. Pavreit is only 5.2%.

Ignore the naysayers. Just bought some more...Today will up another 4 sen.

Prove you wrong at 4.00. It will close with significant gain.
