1. I suppose cbb will have different remisier and account in different banks.
Let's say he issue an order to his remisier to purchase x number of shares today at this price, some can get it and some may not.

2. He then transfer the shares to one account to consolidate his position and easier to manager.

3. This is my wild guess, ok. Each bank may give him a ceiling/ limit of margin. If he use up one of his margin, he need to transfer to his other account where his quota is not reached. Then he can continue to use his remisier in both bank. It's a bit like your overdraft limit in your current account or credit card limit balance.

I don't have problem with his transfer as it is transparent to investor and we know he is not selling or buying and the balance of his shares remains the same at the end of the day.

Before you read any comments in this forum, always check their history. some always post negative comments in all forum and can safely ignore.
Having said that we do need to be vigilant and to check the director's movement.

After transfer the shares remains the same.
Some people think he transferred shares to Singapore and sell.
But reading the notice, it 's actually transferring the shares from DB Singapore back to RHB Capital.
So far number of shares remains unchanged after transfer. Directors has been buying in last few days. This is alternative to share buy back but using personal company. Whether there is any news and development to prompt such buying, I let you decide.

I check with my grand daughter and she say both down and dsonic is up and laughing at me and tell me to play slides. She says the slide can be multi stage, it is flat in the middle and can go further down.

I check with my son, in longer term if stretching 5 year, dsonic is near the end of elliot wave 2
He asked me to check Myeg Chart from Jan to May 2014 drop from rm3 to rm2.6 then further up now in wave 3. It is similar to what dsonic is facing.

I also found that both bjcorp and evergreen lost money every now and then while dsonic always making profit. Sometimes there is dip but never lost money.

KNM’s share price dropped by just a couple of sen a year ago to 43.5 sen now. Actually it has nothing much to drop already. The blood has already spilled years ago. Yet many punters are still hoping that the insiders will fry (push up) the shares for them to make money. KNM’s share price did rise up to 60 sen middle of this year, but I am sure who are the people who have made money, and who were the ones who have lost. When I talk about ECB, think at a broader picture and Dsonic only auntiex 5% holding and my cost very low as I bought early last year. I am looking after a portfolio for uncle and auntie for long term. You trend trader can never understand how 'fun' manager like auntie thinks.

Recent market crash started when IMF published warning the Eurozone may be back to recessions. Europe is the second largest oil import zone after US/China and their recession affect both crude and palm oil price.

ECB stimulation is for two years to purchase ABS and may extend to sovereign bond. Coupled with interest cut in China, this makes bonds/fixed income instrument less attractive and will attract an influx of funds to emerging stock market that gives higher yield.

Malaysia has been hit hard as the biggest exporter of commodities such as rubber, palm and crude oil by the down turn of Europe that is one of the largest imported of our natural resources.
ECB stimulation will help the interest rate to be low and bank to start lending to business. Hopefully economy will be improved and customer start spending and in turn will improve global economy.

More importantly, the Ecb stimulation will free up money and hopefully will be used to prop up Malaysia stock market just as US QE did before it ended recently.

DSONIC price before the fuel subsidy rumour was at 3.8 before bonus (Current price at 1.9). So current price is really undervalued in comparison to other similar company like IRIS and MYEG.
Those for long term shall keep. Don't average down until the price is stable and signs of reversal
