at the this level is wise to dispose first and collect later. previous nta as at 30/6/2015 was 0.64. as at 30/09/2015 reduced to 0.001. unless there some certainty in improvement of the revenue.

smart move by the contrarians to collect when mrkt starts panic.

The Md is still collecting and increasing his stakes.

thats was the main reason for the decline in their revenues in the previous yrs, coz short of timber supply for their timber products.

it was mentioned in the annual statement late last year before they embark on these exercises and expected to complete it in 2015. if I was not mistaken the md or chairman statements.

correct .they completed the 2015 excercise on the shares issue, no worry the md is collecting at 0.16 .

tomorrow, 9th dec. Egm for approval on the proposed capital reduction. H/court approval expect to be obtained end jan 2016. Will not not have any effects on the consolidated earnings and eps of the co. also substantial shareholders shareholding.
