Be careful guys, hydrocarbon existing doesn't mean its producible. At least need to have 10 yrs of production reserve with significant BOPD before anybody can call it commercial to develop. I have seen a lot of hydrocarbon existing but the well were abandoned by oil company due to its non commercial hydrocarbon.
