.. They must build some attractions next to Encore fast. Few people I spoke to says children bored half way during long show... After that just nothing else around in the middle of nowhere....
Hope the best for Yong Tai but picture not so clear as they are short millions from initial target plans due to share price drop.

Encore is one of the concerns to take note. Unless they improvise...... Even zoo negara losing money with tourists.

More shares to be issued.... Price will be affected.... Highly tricky.

Yongtai people if you are reading this..... Open food court/restaurants there now to attract locals and tourists there till funding sorted out. Nice breezy area by the beach but big building with nothing else to do there.

Visited Encore and surrounding area.... Potential is there but reality Encore is tricky to keep afloat. So with already funding issues.... Hmmm considerable risk short term with unknowns to funding.

I am not a pessimist. But I must agree with many comments here to be careful of the traits and behaviour of this counter.

Just check bottom line for INVESTORS past 3 years... if they have faith and held on.. Results clear...

Marina Point progress... Ask them to post photos in Facebook for marina Point... Latest photos of construction..... It won't be posted for sure.
I went to visit site last month... My jaw dropped at the progress.... U expect a few floors up.. Lots of heavy machinery....but still at ground level.
I am not expert n construction but comparing the earliest photo in Facebook and now... Like er why why hmmm err..?? So slow? Problems? But no way June 2018 can complete.
By the way I cut losses and sold it off after seeing progress rate.. Still monitoring stock though.

To recap your advice. Target price max 1.1cents. $200 advice not to invest in this counter as they will always issue rights share. You love Sanichi as your invest up to 2 millions stocks more or less and sometimes make 0.05 cents and run.
Worthy advice to be careful of this counter but at the same time you also have some vested interest as you also want to make some money.
Cheers and I conclude that its a hit and run with this counter and virtually worth to you at 0.05 cents and the rest is a gamble between 0.07 and 1.1 cents. Stupid investor or shall I say smart investor. Welcome to penny stocks.

Check out Marina Point at facebook. I don't think will tutup kedai so fast if it does. Lots of promotions going on for that project. So some increase from the current price is higly possible but to what level...should be more than 0.090 for sure.

Sanichi announced in 2015 Nov Marina Point project in Melaka estimated to bring in $40million in 3 years time.
So I don't think the company will go bungkus or to Holland so soon.

And I am from Melaka, have seen it..there are activities there and not some abandoned white elephant.

They may issue more rights issue as pointed by stupid investor..

But I think have some hope for recovery for those who purchased at higher price.

Some of these B investor alert counters are trading at 0.80 above..

Look at the major shareholders in the report...many major shareholders all listed. They are not running from Agm..but stock price as if no Agm..continuos losses..no website.... Fundamentals looks ok.. No expert but better than some companies listed..

Look at documents lodged.. Upcoming Agm all done professionally .. Adjustment for losses in depreciation and singapore activity.. Company still has millions in assets. Still have projects, government contracts, outlook for the future and millions in assets.. And stocks just dived when the documents are lodged. Check it out at Bursa. Pick up the stocks man

Someone is pushing it down.. Sure up in one to 2 months time.. Look at graph..buy buy buy.
