Roger123, ideal price should be when SBI sold till no more than 5mil shares; or at least they stop selling. We way they dispose shares show they have no business acumen... N2N is better off without them.

All Biz Units except Utilities (but of highly regulated nature) are impacted directly by Covid 19... cash burning is like forest fire.... Hope Samurai bond can help pull thru this...

Personally, I think N2N is better off without SBI. Difficult to work with Japanese. Expatriates here are basically robots, only execute initiative from Tokyo (Cantonese says shooting a cow over the mountain... 隔山打牛！）

I can think of a few reasons:
1) Perhaps SBI could not get along well with Andrew's team? Or,
2) SBI could not buy over the entire company (not able to reach 30% and offer General Takeover?)
3) Technologically N2N can not cope up (no talent in here)?

Mind you, the company is still positive in cash flow (am I right?) and has no debt (basically)... (so, may be #3 is not valid. What is your take?

SBI's departure may be it is good for N2N, because it is not easy to work alongside Japanese. They are from a different planet, often are not pragmatic and with no business acumen and efficiency...
Looks like N2N share price will have downward pressure for a while to go until SBI emptied its holdings... hope rebound will come soon.

I have no idea how good N2N's technology capability is... but if it was solid, it may suddenly spike like top glove, zoom, etc...

N2N is in a promising business. The concern I have is their technical capability. It is not clear to me how good they are - like, do they have in-house capability in blockchain technology? Or, still need to count on SBI?... anyone know how good they are technically?
