(Kuala Lumpur, 1 October 2009) the production of automotive die manufacturers Sanichi Technology (SANICHI, 0133, GEM industry) will launch the development of up to 160 million ringgit worth of real estate projects in the first quarter next year in Malacca, the material obtained from at least 40% net profit.

Sanichi Technology managing director Datuk Pang Chao hair told the "China Daily", the company will be located in Malacca on freehold land, the construction of 118 units and 352 shops SOHO serviced apartments.

He said that because of Malacca still use "tourism policy", not only did the indigenous reservations units, foreigners in Malacca set production threshold is less than one million ringgit.

"Our target market is home to homebuyers, so optimistic about the short-term order rate of 70-80%."

As for the consumption tax to start running before the launch of real estate plan, he pointed out that 6% is not a big number, most real estate price appreciation margin of more than 6%, real estate investors to earn pieces may fall 20-30 percent, but basically, earn still enough to offset the 6% increase consumption tax.

"We believe that the consumption tax will not go into combat Malacca real estate sales."

Peng Zhao hair equally optimistic about prospects for the core business, said:. "Auto mold needs continue to rise, the annual value of all orders over hundreds of millions, production was up 4000-50000000, therefore optimistic about the revenue contribution can continue to go"
