By the way, warrant traded about 40% of warrant outstanding. From time to time, people convert into mother as 20 sen gap is huge. Just imagine, if u convert 10k units u get extra RM2,000 assuming price does not fall once u get the mother.

Mother 1.44 son 1.02 still more than 20 sen gap including 20 sen conversion

Now the gap between mother and son (+conversiom price) is 21 sen based on mother (RM1.23) and son (RM0.82).

So if let say u convert 10,000 units u will gain RM2,100 assuming price does not change. If mother up u will gain more. But if mother fall to RM1.02 u are break-even. If price below RM1.02 then u lose. So u have the buffer. Of course my example does not include transaction cost of share and converting which is considered low

Currently HLT is not really on investors' radar, only top four and careplus. Once people notice about HLT, more people will come and collect this.

Bear in ur mind warrant issued are limited less than 200m. For those who want to ride on mother (if u think it will be super positive) can keep. More like buying insurance. This give u right to convert into mother.

Limit up for son is 95 sen now 89 sen. It depends u want to day-trade or keep. Highest so far is 93 sen.

Son 146m/197m=75% mother 80m/514m=16%. See so much interest of son almost 80% of issued units. This mainly due to undervalue of son

For info HLT's businesses mainly in manufacture of glove-dipping machines and manufacture+trading of rubber gloves.

1Q2020, 66% revenue from glove (55% stake in HL Rubber Industries) and 34% from dipping lines.

About 70% income from overseas mainly Taiwan, Japan and USA. PBT of RM2.24m of which RM1.26m loss in glove segment due to clearing old stock at discounted price to facilitate production flow to run at full capacity to meet overwhelming demand during covid period.

Still cannot understand why mother and son the gap is huge although conversion only 20 sen but mother (RM1.08) and son (62.5 sen) so 25.5 sen gap including conversion. Unless market view the mother share price is not sustainable.

RTO and NIIS are the catalyst of this share. Depend on ur strategy to buy now or wait for the certainty. There are pros and cons i.e. if materialise, the one who hold gain a lot but it can happen otherwise. Use your experience and judgement

Congrats all. Better plan the strategy during weekend. I got a strong feeling that it will limit up. But what is your move? For those who already have share, you want to top-up? Or sell when limit up and buyback? Sit on it and wait Tuesday for more gain?

Let say warrant price+conversion=51.5+20=71.5 so the cost 71.5<87 share price so every share u gain 15.5 sen.

The risk if the price of mother less than 71.5 sen in let say 2 weeks time.

Assuming in 2 weeks price maintaim 87 so if u convert 10,000 units u gain RM1,550 quick profit

If gap too big, make sense to convert and take advantage but timing is the issue

Because son is too cheap thats why on 22.7 there was conversion of warrant 412,800

HLT-WA is grossly undervalued as is the conversion price is only 20 sen but the gap now is 36 sen i.e. 88.5 vs 52.5

After being 2nd largest market cap on bursa, want to see it maintain or improve the position and not just for a short period.

TG should be at par or better than other blue chip in term of maintaining the position as well as corporate governance.
