Actually, I have been monitoring this stock for a long time ever since Jan 2017. The only problem is how to raise RM 180 m without pp . Very interesting company . The CEO had said that by year end, Reach will come out of the woods ie about 4 months away.

By year end, Indra Mian Reach oil production will be 5000 bpd. By next year 2018, 10,000 bpd, By year 2019, 20,000 bpd. Reported by CEO.

In due time, Reach will rebound by year end.

The CEO is brilliant, rather than going for share dilution by having pp it is better to have bank borrowings to raise RM 180 m, after all the net assets oil reserves is 95m barrels worth RM 6b at 50 pb

US consumer confidence index reported yesterday was 97.6 which is a very good number. Dow will rebound even stronger after Trump put his house in order again. Nws , sir.

The true value of Reach Energy is the oil reserves of 95 m barrels. Cost of sale is 25 pb, 60% owned by Reach, selling price , say 50 pb, forex RM 4.30. Using simple calculations, Reach Energy has a reserve of RM 6.1 billion in the ground in terms of oil. That is why, no need to raise RM 180 m by pp. Reach just have to mine, produce, and sell oil, soon the RM 180 m will be settled.

A well diversified stock. JAG Land will contribute with future launching of property projects soon while the core business of recycling is doing very well . Very prudent management team with good foresight , Jag will move up to the next level .

Opportunity time to buy in a good stock. Debt-free, cash rich and excellent business model that make profit. Having gone through bad times in 2016, Ifcamsc has grown stronger and more resilient. Good for long term investors to see appreciation in the share price, furthermore good dividend payout lately.
