The GLC which is a company owned by the Ministry of Finance Inc (MOF Inc) has made its interest known in a letter addressed to SMTrack after a meeting between representatives of both parties.

Set up more than half a century ago, some of the investment principles of the GLC are to enter undertakings which would bring high economic returns. Yes, I agree that ATA may not have its former bargaining power, but it's far from dying. A buffer period of 6 months is more than enough for a company to develop a strategy and a plan.

To me, I don't think it will be wise to assume that ATA won't take any action to overcome its loss of revenue. Yes, I agree that the current share price is definitely overvalued, but it is definitely justified at 0.3 - 0.4 based on fundamental analysis. With a relatively good financial health and experienced board, it sure has a good chance of recovery, but definitely not immediately to its former glory. So, just make your own judgement whether this form of investment is good for you or not. I can only confirm this counter no longer attractive for those short term traders.

TLDR: The share price tends to increase with insider ownership until 40 - 50%. Then it will drop at a lower rate after that.
