Conversion to take time. By the time it was converted the price of mother shares may have dropped below the price of conversion rate + WA.
Let say one buys the WA at 3 sen and + 11 sen for conversion = 14 sen.
Can the price of mother shares stand at 17 sen by the time you got the converted shares and granted listing to trade?

Consolidation 4-1, I think more or less the same if HWGB does go up. The price will be adjusted accordingly and after that it depends on market force.
Take Asiabio (now Fintec) as example. It proposed 3 to 1 consolidation. The price then was 4 to 5 sen. It moved to about 7 to 8 sen after the announcement. I think it closed at 7 sen on the last day of trade prior to consolidation. It opened at 21 sen on the first day of trade after consolidation. Then the price moved according to market force.
This is based on my experience in dealing in Asiabio. I should have made some good gain if I were a bit patience and less greedy... :) :)

So diehardunited you have appeared at this forum... I think you should go back to PUC's forum to hit kaw kaw at those who I think have gained very much from PUC and children's surging.
Let's put it that they bought PUC at 10-13 sen and started cursing when it didn't move up...either they gave up and lost terribly and continuing cursing you and disappeared from the forum or they kept those shares but continuing cursing you... and now the shares have gone up to 30 to 33 sen. So they have made about 20 sen per share. So if they have bought 1000k of the shares they hv made 20k.
But I don't think you'll hit at them. Even at your comment here you have just mentioned one fellow and in a decent way too...

It will come back, don't worry. It's not like counters such as MQTech and gangs, a one day stand counters...

I see most r new kskis here and may be expecting PUC to jump up till to limit like other speculative counters. Failure to that will start to curse and redicule others especially the articles writers or those who has given positive comments to this counter. As far back as at the beginning of this year as I experienced PUC has moved up like yo-yo. It never moved up in huge margin in price though the volume were higjh but in one to three sens in a day and then may keep steady and slowly drop back to the price most have bought early b4 it resume it small climb again which may over the previous high. For those who r impatience or expecting quick and big profit , most will start to get agigated and exposing the scastic nature of human greed.... then may leave this scene probabaly in deject and angry. Hope no such scenario to happen at present slow climbing up and wish everyone make good and happy money. It's a disgrace to watch the ugly behaviour and greed of human who by own decision to enter but to blame others.

kenie, may be u r new here. Those articles were written by one or two promoter(s) for this stock. They have predicted good future for this stock with their analysis, data and reasons for it to be when the price was at around.0.10 sen. But some so eager to make money at once but instead were stucked with it so as usual got 'annoyed' and therefore didn't agree with the writers and 'rediculed' them. Thus these writers hv to 'save' themselves thus to delete their articles and 'varnished' themselves from here... But the shares and its 'children' are going up now, the best so far since those articles appeared and some who are patience enough hv made few rounds of these counters. Looks like this counter and its children are really in pretty good shape to move up further based on good development happening in the company. The writer(s), if you are still in here in another form(s), you all should be happy now or waiting to make more money to justify your opinions and later laughing to the bank.

But there are 21 days left for 2017...

No fundamental reason for it to gap down on Monday but more on psychotic sentiment of fear to lose more thus sell at whatever price to come out first and then herd mentality.

@RX350, don't know whether u were here in this forum when PUC was at 0.08 to 0.12, three to six months back. It was not as what you've said. As I've known two diehard promoters of this counter were 'rediculed' and now their status here do not appear anymore except if they hv transformed to another status.... now PUC is on the up, noise of go, go, go, up, up, up, limit up limit up can be seen with smiling face... don't know how will it be when the QR is not as anticipated...

Anyone who is holding this counter is sure to get annoy to read such article when he/she is anticipating the price to move up and to break 0.10.
Even if I don't put the article up here it's still can be accessed at the side of this platform or anywhere else. It's just to share the feeling of disappointment of such article appeared at this moment of time when there's may be something good in the process within those companies.
And I was waiting to sell when it hits above 0.10 and beyond...

The moving up of this counter, PUC and another counter seems to be affected by the write up of an article yesterday by a fellow who take the sell down of Pallete and MUIB as the reference and one reason for these 3 counters to follow such trend...
Perhaps this fellow is waiting to buy in at a lower price thus such write up...

Don't be so exited, obviously based on articles by some analysts on this counter very much early, PUC will move up perhaps till to the QR to be announced soon but won't be limit up. Afraid if no limit up some will start to curse or to say something reverse like last few months... and look like these ppls are no more in here...afraid got burnt due to impatience...

Offer to employees at 0.048. The company sure to have good intention for the employees to make some good money which means the price of the company's shares have the potential to go up to at least to 0.10 for the employess to enjoy the benefits offered by the company. ESOS offered to each is not much, therefore for the employees to really enjoy benefit from this offer, the share price should jump up to a level they can sell to see the benefit.

The trend of trading in PUC is such... up for a day or two then flat or small drop for quite sometime then to resume its up trend for a day or two then flat again...yo-yo... those who can't hold or impatient or distracted by neighbouring counters that suddendly shot up and dumped this counter and gave chase, will get burn.... on a fine day suddenly saw the counter has up quite substancial... imagine from 0.08 at time to the highest yesterday at 0.205...
QR to be announced near the end of the month... how will it be?
