资讯科技商迪耐(Dagang NeXchange ,DNEX,4456)去年6月买入浅水产油商Ping Petroleum(以下简称Ping)的30%股权。熟识该公司的行政人员告诉《The Edge》，由于原油价格在大约每桶60美元稳定下来，于未来几个季度，迪耐可从Ping获得优厚的回报。

购入Anasuria油田带来的优势

Ping的主要资产是其在Anasuria Cluster 油田(在北海苏格兰东部对出海岸)的50%股益。

据《The Edge》报道，Ping在Anasuria的产油成本很低，为每桶27美元，相比之下，目前的油价大约是在每桶63美元。

一名熟悉油气业的银行家说：“这意味着Ping的毛利很高，而这将悄悄流入迪耐的盈利。”.

Ping是一家独立勘探、发展及产油公司，焦点是放在东南亚及英国北海的浅水油田。其合作伙伴木槿花石油(Hibiscus Petroleum) 从蚬壳(Shell)和埃索(Esso)子公司以1亿零500万美元或4亿4,714万3,000令吉现金买入Anasuria。

Anasuria油田区座落于英国中部北海亚伯丁（Aberdeen）以西约175公里处，该油田区涵盖3个名为Teal、Teal South、Guillemot A的产油田（100%股权）及Cook产油田（38.65%股权），以及油田相关的设施。

迪耐的公布指出，基于一份独立技术和资产估值报告，截至2015年1月1日， Anasuria油田的证实和概算(2P) 可采储量估计为 40.4 MMstb (百万储罐桶数)石油储量 及27.9 Bscf (十亿标准立方英尺) 天然气储量。

迪耐基本上拥有Anasuria的15%权益。它是在2015年9月开始商谈收购Ping，并在去年6月以1,000万美元或4,205万令吉收购了Ping的30%股权。在商议期间，布伦特原油平均价格为每桶42.88美元。

迪耐也全资拥有OGPC Sdn Bhd，后者是油气业内的一个供应商、服务提供商及承包商。然而，Ping可能是迪耐最重要的油气资产。

截至9月30日的9个月表现强劲

迪耐拥有三个核心业务，分别是企业服务、资讯与通讯科技(ICT)及能源，而其大部份的盈利是来自ICT业务，后者为截至9月30日的9个月带来3,490万令吉税前盈利。

在这9个月内，迪耐分别录得4,192万令吉净利和1亿4,243万令吉收入。它拥有7,087万令吉现金与银行存款，而其长期借贷为1,750万令吉及没有短期债务。其股东资金为4亿2,967万令吉。

迪耐的能源部门为其税前盈利提供23.4% 或1,129万令吉贡献及为收入提供4,823万令吉或30.78%贡献。

维持“增持”评级

高盛预期迪耐的净利在FY16至FY19将以17%年复合增长率增长，并将受到其ICT部门及能源部门的盈利增长推动。

高盛维持迪耐的“增持”评级 ，并基于总和法(SOP)得出的目标价为0.740令吉，这只股昨天收报在0.440令吉。
