Disruption at Rakuten this morning, unable to connect to server and when able to connect unable to trade.

This is unacceptable!!!

Like everything else in the airline industry, this add on cost will be passed to the passengers similar to fuel surcharge when oil prices goes up. On high density route this cost will average out less per pax. If AA Asia increase RM5 to every ticket no one would be wiser, everyday ticket prices fluctuates.

"Stolen" or cheap publicity stunt? RM1.2 bil wipe out. I hope they get sued!

First hand experience is the best teacher. I was going to plonk down for shares in GDEX until I personally experienced their bad/no service. Answers like 'no time', no kidding. I have complained directly not to them but a major international company that uses them. At the end of the day....people on the ground makes or breaks the company.
