Ryanboleh, I think u misunderstand my comment. I said Im very surprise that SKPetro will declare dividend (out of my expectation). I still hold my share until the price reach my target price because I'm only focus on the profitability instead of Syariah Status. SKPetro will make a huge profit for next 2 year if everything go right. Lol

I think this counter will kick out from Syariah in Nov review. The chairman already said in statement that Syariah status is not priority.

Actually I expect no dividend from this counter due to high gearing and capital expenditure in next 2 year. Lol

This quarter profit of 2,294m is include one-off gain from demerger of IOI Properties Group. If exclude the gain, the profit before tax should be 460m compared to 424.8m of last quarter which is increased by 8%.

Hong Leong target price of 3.85 is based on PE of Financial Year 2015 (30/6/2015) instead of Financial year 2014. That is why we need patient and invest for long term. I will accumulate more when my money come in.
