Based on annual report for the year ending 30/6/22, all the five executable directors are family members with total remuneration of RM3.0 million, whereas the total revenue and profit before tax for the group in the entire year are RM74.5 million and RM9.6 million respectively. As far as record show, there is no dividend declared. Probably this will explain why investors are not keen in this counter.

If can dispose the 21 mil of share at 20 ~ 20.5 and buy back at 0.1680 PP, instant gain of few hundred K. Of course, must use diff company name lah.

Newman, I bought neither SMRT nor tepong. Incidentally, even if I bought and so unluckily making a loss, I will not put the blame on anybody. Unlike this thick skin fellow who insist the tips must be 100% accurate, failure so, he keep accusing others.

So far Newman's tips have been very accurate though still not 100%, and if your tips can outperform his, why don't you share it with us, perhaps in that way you will command more respect from us.
