the fee is calculated by the total transaction per day punya, not by every transaction lah, so the 1 lot 1 lot got a few usage, 1 is to see who is the counter party ( who is the queue sell/ queue buy party, can check with their code), another 1 is to make the 1 who kena 1 lot buy to throw his share to u cheaper, or who kena 1 lot sell, to buy you share 1 bid higher,and also if u put a lot of queue wide spread in the sell and buy, u put 1 lot to check your position

Another reason why huaan got so much exemption at china is that the jiang quan group owe bank 20b loan, if their jiangxin steel was forced to cut down production they cant pay the monthly instalment, the bank has the risk to bankrupt as bank using money by selling bond. This almost happen in 2015 when they shut down jiangxin steel and huaan.

so raw material also rise price, and last time someone ( izzit harlem?) calculated that 1.2 coal make 1.0 coke.
anyway coal and coke up in same difference, then the profit margin is the same for huaan.
the more important thing is their management to increase the margin, and the sales volume ( depends on the steel production).
if huaan can sapu all the demand in shandong while others was forced to cut down 50% production, then huaan will be the big winner in this winter season.

if u remember i hv mentioned about this JiangQuan HuaSheng group which is liu guo dong's father in law company, huaan are more competitive in coke/coal field becos huaan got 10% lower price to use the railway transportation ( by jiangquan railway) and electric bill ( by jiangquan thermo)

dun forget huaan got around 17% revenue is from by product ( money made from waste).

not sure anyone read my commend before about 华盛江泉实业集团 by 王挺江 (father in law of Liu guo dong), huaan is just a little subsidiary of their kingdom. 江泉实业 got history of 13 times limit up at china stock. it got other subsidary which is a steel factory which compliant with china regulation. i think last year huaan lease out the production line to this steel factory.

Liu guo dong is big boss's son in law in shandong linyi luo zhuang, the top 10 richest village in china.
the village become rich becos the big boss is close to china president Jiang zhe min at that time
not sure the current president Xi Jin Pin ever visit to shandong onot.
