Why sumatec wants the right issue to expand theirs business even they have the money.. Which doesn't make sense at all.. that's the reason why the share holder dump theirs share recently because they don't want to buy the right issue later on.

If you have the fund to purchase the asset, would you get the fund from the bank? And dont forget you need to pay the interest(dividend) for the fund which meant you will dilute the per share earning for the existing share. Anyway It depends on how much right issue they going to release and it will play big part for the later game.

IT's just my opinion and don't see any reason why sumatec wants the right issue to raise the fund from public as we know that sumatec has enough fund to expand theirs business.

It depends on how much right issue will be released to raise the fund. once the right issue news release , the share price normally goes side way or down to average the share price before the right issue entitled.

Right issue is the way they raise the fund from the public and the ratio of the right issue will be significantly affect the share price.

The right issue will increase the volume of the shares in the market which meant the per share earning will be less as well. I don't think right issue will do anything good to sumatec because the uptrend line might be broken because of that.

The ratio of right issue will be the key so we will know the how much shares will be on the market. The less will be the best because per share value will be higher. If it's opposite, the share price will be adjusted to lower price before the entitlement date.

right issue will be the killer for this uptrend because of the dilution value of the share. At this stage , we dont know what is the ratio for the right issue so just take notes. Normally the share price will dive before the right issue entitled because after the entitlement the shares price will be value according to the ratio of the right issue.
