Director RAR keep disposing below ipo price. This reflects poorly on the director and company in respect of their role in maintaining investors confidence. Seems like ipo investors are taken for a ride

Just dont feel right for director to keep selling shares below public offer price less than 2 months after listing..

Perhaps one day they will offer a below value price to privatise the company by keeping
the share price low..

The last dividend was paid 9 years ago despite co making profits. Prior to that it was in 2001.
