That's is also the reason why CAREPLUS can aggressively to build production even before COVID time. May be they have well plan to JV with ANSELL & need ANSELL to distribute the GLOVE to GLOBAL Market. Production double up after 2021 consider a lot !!!! If they don't have strong channel to sell, this will KILL them self. That's is the reason why they need ANSELL In group.

The PP around RM 80m++. Look like a lot, but if we look at the MARKET CAP(*Current Market value * 1.9B. ) . this amount around 4.5%. 2. I'm strongly believe the final price PP should be around RM 3.5 - RM 3.6. 3. This shareholder for this PP should be from ANSELL group !!!! .. Start onward this, Careplus have strong relationship with ANSELL.!!!! And the best part is , Now Careplus got strong stake holder from ANSELL , hopefully this partnership will attract FF to look for CAREPLUS in the LONG TERM. !!!! ( This is my opinion only)
