Description NEW CONTRACTS AWARDED



On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“Company”), we are pleased to announce that on 30 December 2013 the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded the following contracts by Public Utilities Board, Singapore:


· A contract valued equivalent to about RM12,380,000 for the Upgrading of Existing SCADA System for Water Supply Network.


The commencement date of the contract is on 6 January 2014 and will be completed by 5 January 2016. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2014 to 2015.


· A contract valued equivalent to about RM5,490,000 for the Maintenance of the Upgraded Existing SCADA System for Water Supply Network.


The commencement date of the contract is on 6 January 2016 and will be completed by 5 January 2021. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2016 to 2021.


The contracts are not renewable and the risks in respect of the contracts are the normal business risks.


None of the directors and / or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the said directors and / or major shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contracts awarded.
