Should be able to declare a good dividend in the next quarter? I bought this stock at the price of 1.46 thinking it was a good dividend counter based on their past performance.

I have checked. I bought it in 2009 at 0.805. Then Sold it off in 2011 at 0.81. The last done price for this stock is 0.805.
