PP is one of the good way to capitalize the share price, and the fastest way to raise cash.
Let's think: Only dilute 10% but you get almost RM 1bil of fund.

That's almost RM 0.30 cash per share. With Inari's ROE of >20%, I'm confident the management will make good use of this fund to further expand the company.

The bonus issue will not have any impact on GDB's business outlook or operations. The free warrant is the main thing here. However, please do your own calculations on the share price adjustment after bonus issue if you wanted to buy GDB at this point. You shall consider the future growth and possible earnings and derived your own fair price.

Conversion of warrant will provide extra fund for GDB to expand further to increase their plant & machineries and their manpower so that they can capitalize on the economy recovery when more developments will be rolled out post COVID, without having to used up their cash pile. For contractors, it is very important to have sufficient reserves as you never know when your pay masters will delay their payment to you.

From investor point of view, BI and free warrant will give shareholders a chance to acquire more GDB shares without having to come out with money, which is always a good thing for long term investor like me. Although it may lead to lower dividend payout in this FY but I'm pretty confident GDB can continue to grow and create values for shareholders.

Overall, I'm quite positive on the BI and free warrant

I hope TGUAN's management can update us about the situation in Myanmar, so that we know what's the direction of the company on this project. Based on the previous online call with CIMB, Ang See Ming said that factory is estimated to contribute RM 150mil revenue. Since no update from the management, I will just assume the Myanmar project no longer viable. That's how I will be accessing TGUAN's future growth. The most important plan to me right now is the 16 acre plant, which is said to be able to generate RM 1.0bil revenue, timeline given last time is 2021-2026.

Also, forgotten to mention Tguan bonus issue 1:1.

0.825 : 28mil (2013)
1.96 : 74.8mil (2020)

whycanot 1 ques to all bosses here, based on the latest 4 quarters EPS total is 0.3543, stock price now is 2.11.why the P/E show in this web is 10 ? i count it 2.11 divide by 0.3542 only = PE 5.955. which part i understand wrongly?

The previous eps need to divide by 2 as they bonus issue 1:1. So total eps for 4Q is 19.62.
