I think a lot of retail investors dont know about the EGM as well as how to vote against them. Not too sure if this forum is big enough, any way of getting a bigger forum will be good like Reddit group in US. If we can create a similar group for Malaysia retail investors, that will be really powerful. Obviously we do the right thing to stop the rubbish ESOS, right issues etc.. but not crazy in pushing stock prices irrationally.

the right issue is priced at 0.0999, who is going to buy when the stock price is only 0.06??

I would strongly encouraged you all to follow "mustvote" advice to attend and vote against any selfish,irrational and irresponsible ESOS like XOX etc.. These company directors are not working hard to ensure financial performance and get rich thru stock price, but selfish to abuse the current SC loopholes to get rich thru ESOS, which is absolutely negative to shareholders like us. I actually complained to MSWG, apparently nothing much they can do. Also i remember the minority shareholders voted down XOX directors proposal to increase their pay + remuneration some time ago, we can make it happen it we stay united !!!
