Quite interesting, I'm sure Exsim has a business plan to develop their hospitality sector and purchasing Pan Malaysia Holding was a strategic plan.

Exsim is a very well reputable company. I've seen them strategically help Mammoth (Empire City owner) who was heavily in debt and took the opportunity to purchase land at a discounted price and develop the area.

Hopefully, this is a similar situation in order to strengthen the Lim Brothers Empire.

Some predict even higher, around 1.85.

1) I was in the industry as their competitors and now they have monopolize the industry.

2) YTL Seraya has no competitors

YTL Corp , last quarter reported earning of 2 billion.

I understand that it has been a surging rise but it makes sense as public wants to invest in a stable and profitable company.

As for today's drop, can we speculate that people are cashing out for the holiday and especially those who has been holding their shares for over 2 years when it's only RM 0.50.

So the next question is, for a company that has just profited RM 2B, will they push their share to attract more investors or......? Make sense?
