No more SST in 2022.

Actually 0.15% stamp duty do not apply to all stock type
0.10% still apply to Warrant, REIT, Trust, Close-ended Fund.
While ETF, no stamp duty until 2025.

Malaysia increase stamp duty from 0.1% to 0.15% from 2022.
Many countries don't impose stamp duty for stock trading, including Singapore, US.
While China impose 0.1% on the selling side only.
Also, Malaysia stamp duty still apply when you invest in foreign market through Malaysia broker.

There is a catch on CIMB Clicks 0.0388% brokerage rate with minimum $8.80.
Minimum $8.88 is per matched Order.
Say you have 3 matched order, each trade value 10,000.
Total brokerage is 8.88 * 3 = $26.64. Not 30,000 * 0.0388% = $11.64

Stop Loss Order vs Stop Limit Order
Stop Loss Order and Stop Limit Order are features that help automate an order once it reaches a certain price. There is a key difference between Stop Loss and Stop Limit. If a Stop Loss is triggered, a market order is placed (where the stock will be sold at market price – which may be higher/lower than the Stop Loss). If a Stop Limit is triggered, a limit order is placed (stock sold when the price level is reached). Do note that if the market gaps down below your Stop Limit, your Stop Limit will not trigger.

You are right.
If Sumatec lost all the court cases, have to pay 340 million.
Provision 96 million. Shortage = 244 million.
NTA 0.103 * 4253 mil share = 438 million
438 million - 244 million = 194 million
194 million divide by 4253 mil share = NTA 4.5sen per share.
Actually, it will be less than 4.5 sen per share, considering Sumatec asset are mostly depreciating assets and other factors.

VIVOCOM Saga:
2017 Oct: CNQC Saga Start, share price rise from 0.13 to 0.15
2018 Jan 26: CNQC Saga End, share price drop to 0.125 and then ding dong between 0.115, 0.110.

2018 Feb 22: Rights issue Saga, crazy much-lower-then-mother-price 2.5 sen per rights share, 2 Rights Shares for every 3 existing Shares held.
This bring down mother share price from 0.115 to 0.090 - 21.74% loss of values.
SHAME on the directors on this shareholders-interest-damaging proposal.
They should have proposed 10 sen per rights share, 1 rights share for every 6 existing shares held - still raising the same amount of money. Share price would not have dropped so much.

2018 Feb 28 bad quarterly result: Price drop to 0.08 today.
