It's a ok brother jacklew , being busy to help around & hopefully to see happy faces among the Smartag investors will make me happy too lah. I normally don't like to see so many innocent & new investors jump into those lousy pennies without any concrete proof or evidence from the companies concern & then get caught & getting slaughtered in the end, hee, hee, hee.

I have seen so many friends getting burnt from being too greedy in investing in those lousy few NTA cents, very very extremely high PERatio ,every quarter losing & no future prospects pennies....let's say it's a dying penny with some new White Knight coming in to invest heavily & then in the end this so call White Knight cabut after making millions & leaving the hopeful investors hanging upside down.

The fact is never to be too greedy without checking out the facts....everyone including sharks , snakes, conman can give all sorts of rumours [without evidence or proof] to attract innocent investors to be led to the slaughter house, hee, hee, hee

As I had said so many times before that playing stocks & shares is no simple matter & you really got toface REALITY.....there's no 2 ways about it. Go in blindly, you get slaughtered but invest wisely & carefully, you land in KFC or Honeyland.

After 29 cents, then what? I figure it can go up to even much more when it really moves. I had sold this counter at 38 cents on 2 different occasions before, hee, hee, hee.

Brother cresender , don't sell at 37 to 38 cents & hoping to buy lower at 35 or 36 cents? What if it doesn't drop to that level? And then you sell & lost on the first buy & then buy next at a higher price when it moves up? If you want, then average down by buying more at a lower price but then how low can you average down...to a bottomless pit?

My strategy in playing shares is to always buy higher to average higher so that I can sell higher......in fact I never queue but buy straight unless it is warrants and when buying very big lots are concern, then the amount earned by buying cheaper is very very big.

Brother jacklew, the Smartag directors are not that stupid knowing fully well of the imminent signing of a new agreement which will fatten the coffers of Smartag....now just buy & hold & see your money grows when the agreement is signed.

Today I bought more when people are selling keeping in mind of the new TP of 53 cents....we have a long way to go still.

Brother cresender, worry not about this good counter..it will rise further later on. Just today people taking profit from their last buy at 34+ cents....stay on and hope that Bintai will get part of the KL MRT project. If Bintai can do it in Singapore by winning a MRT contract there, I am confident it's sap sap suay for them in Malaysia.

Brother yeap boon tat , both are good counters but I will concentrate my cash now on BIMB as it's new TP is $2.90...still got about 40 cents margin...maybe can even go higher than $2.90, who knows.

Takaful had risen more than $1 but there's still room for improvement. But like last year, Takaful rally, BIMB no rally...so after Takaful rally, then BIMB will follow lah like last year.

BTW, in another month we can see BIMB 1st Quarter Report of 2012...so maybe good results as usual & BIMB moves further up.

E&O slightly higher on London property purchase

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) were marginally higher at midday on Tuesday amid the broader cautious market after its proposed acquisition of a central London property for £20.3mil (RM100.9mil).

At 12.30pm, it was up one sen to RM1.43.

The FBM KLCI fell 3.11 points to 1,580.69. Turnover was 727.97 million shares valued at RM608.86mil. Declining stocks beat advancers 379 to 191 while 314 stocks were unchanged.

PublicInvest Research was positive on E&O and reiterated its Outperform and RM2.20 target price.

The research house said the purchase of the London property, Princes House, was valued at £20.3mil by Jones Lang LaSalle. This, it said, suggested E&O was paying market value for the property.

"We like E&O for its well-located assets and we believe that larger developers' competitive positions have improved with their sizable landbank and ties with government-linked companies. The property industry is getting consolidated, with the larger developers commanding better margins and higher market share," it said.

PublicInvest Research said based on selling price of £1,500psf and estimated saleable area of 50,624sf post redevelopment, potential gross development value was estimated to be around £76mil or RM377mil.
