regarding to issue about conflict of interest, i just checked that contracts that secured by scib recently are related to construction and buildings(although the EPCC term looks similar:)). So actually this is not the field of serbadk by far. The main job of serbadk is engineering n maintenance especially in o&g. From the view of a boss, i don think that Karim will jeopardize serbadk which is his main company. Moreover after some years these companies under the same boss may consolidate each other which is the intention of karim to create a one-stop services with a much bigger market place!
