As per 22/5/20 announcement:

" Enrich hereby represents to the Company that the estimated mineral reserves in the
Gossan Hill area is targeted to be approximately United States of America Dollar

There are 4 other area nearby to be explored and Gossan Hill is the first concession.

Not all mine owner hv the capital to dev n extract the mineral. Usually the ownership of the production is the sticky part which is now they hv resolved it. If the owner got some sort of share issuance in other way they also wl share any future profit frm the mine n not one off payment.

They hold the price to entice the mine owner to accept the share exchange n possible price gain. I think they knew abt the value of the reserve. Now they entitled for the prod n sales of the mine’s mineral
