Sticky point is the strategic supply to austria which they rejected TG offer previously . Semperit will still hold a small percentage in new company which wl gurantee that supply. This deal will go thru.

JD which most glove customer in EU n semperit was one of their supplier saw this opportunity quickly set the JV with mqtech after TG deal collapsed. My confident now reaching 98%!.

RTO by the JV with JD bring in RM600-RM1.2 bil revenue and know how in industry plus Latexx factory will be a good combination. Is 10 - 20 cents valuation valid?
