1st, developers will not agree with that and they keep saying there's not enough supply in urban areas.

2nd, banks will also try to postpone it..because business is not doing good.

3rd, MBSB will counter the proposal from BNM as well..so,i personally think that it's not gonna be so soon.

1st, there's no news on this counter and nothing great to hold on this, i would rather gave up since it's going no where and gain some profit on better fundamental companies.. my opportunity cost is there...

I personally think that this is a good buy.
1st, price keep bouncing around .095 to .1 and buy queue at .095 is way greater than ppl selling at .1
2nd, the warrant is pretty good deal, 1 warrant for 1 share at exercise price of 0.18 (today closing at .24.. dropped .01)maturing at 05/06/2018.
what it need is just a little push..(i think)...

another thing, tomorrow is friday.. might not move too much..(KLCI)

KLCI is going to be green tomorrow, but by how much no one knows, on the other hand, Malton has the fundamental. what we need to worry is how Nekkie's movement tomorrow.. whether Abe do anything to stop this melt down. But i personally think tomorrow for malton to reach .955 is possible.(dont blame me if i were wrong)
