allantham iris proposed private placement will not give more than 10% discount of the 5day vwap market price. if said the 5-day vwap at 17c pp price would be fixed at 15.3c.
According to the company expecting to raise approximately 40.49mil over 224mil of share meaning each share at price of rm0.1802.........in order to meet the figure 40.49mil target, the 5 day vwap must meet at least 20c above........which mean the coming qr need to be good to push the price up before pp price fix.
