was reading the QR report quickly and did not see anything too significant (good or bad news) other than the disposal of land (7.7m).... but positive to see they mention "optimistic that the group will perform well in 2017 .... ". (same wording as their 2016 AR).

Can any sifu share some other interpretation or observation ?
