WACC - weigthed average cost of capital
CTF - centralised terminal facilities (For eg: pengerang, kertih)
I am wondering how these analyst from diff houses calculate the DCF for each CTF when the CF for each is not known to public. I dont think they get the info from management cox the value is quite big diff comparing the same CTF value from few diff research houses.

guys, I have read the latest research report for Dialog. I am wondering how do they derived to the WACC (each research house has different WACC) and how do they get the Cash Flow or revenue for each CTF.
anyone here kind enough to guide on the fundamental analysis for dialog?
