Cut lost, Quarter report was there since last month, unless you can see the future report releasing on June. I don't see what has changed from calling cut lost to bullish, mind to share?

Yeoh, be careful of hope investment, do your own study and plan accordingly, tycoon or not doesn't matter, if you have a plan in hand and a report to check with why worry? Next quarter report comes out doesn't fit what you plan for just sell, if it fits but share price doesn't reflect top up, As simple as that. if you are a trader then you probably need other tools for buy/sell and a shorter timeframe for trading.

A sensitivity analysis of 1% USD drop impact on VS would be really great if you can publish it here. Even it's a projectile of the improve in VS revenue and profit against USD starting 2014 will make you a good provider.

Loveygramps, below are my personal view, wouldn't want to affect anyone here so it's more of questions to trigger answers.

in the case of bonus issue, EPS will have to be adjusted and also for the PE. I will not call this decline, it's because of more shares now after bonus issue while earnings didn't double. Don't forget to average out 5 years EPS to get an average PE (below 10 PE would be ideal). This is to avoid over evaluating the company in a cyclical favorable year.

Now coming to future growth, management is good and it's the 50 largest EMS company, but what is the expansion? Again based on facts and numbers, what's the capital expenditure the management has put in to validate the 10% growth rate? It's a manufacturing company, capacity has to increase to achieve growth.

Beary, chill bro. Loveygramps is a fundamental guy, he works based on fundamental (past results based on numbers) and I see you are from the Technical side. Both of you do not need to kill each other, it could complement each other for a better picture.

From fundamental, I wouldn't call VS undervalue at the current price especially after the Bonus Issue, NTA (around 0.7 [more than 1.5 times advised by the great Graham]) and EPS has dropped to a very low level (if anyone is about to buy now).

From Technical, I saw multiple bottom and rebounded from 1.17-1.20 level which we are sitting on now.

There are a number of factors here, Time being one, Analysis method FA or TA being another etc.

Time is a factor here, if you bought VS 3-4 years back, you wouldn't be bother with the current price movement. On the other hand if you bought 3-4 months back most likely you are shitting in your pants.

Research and see what fits you.

Angie, don't look at dividend for its absolute numbers or percentage, look at its relation to growth and other factors. For example if a company is not growing but declaring small % for dividend and NTA is not increasing, there is something wrong to it. Learn all the fundamental ratios/numbers then make sense out of it individually and in relation to each other's. That will give you a clear picture how the company is performing.

Angie this is not a good share for you to learn, the bonus issue has affected all previous calculation (or ratios etc.) especially on EPS and NTA. You have to be on high alert that there are more shares now, do some research you will see the difference.

By the way learn to evaluate a stock, don't trust anyone. You can start with "The intelligent investor", to really get going go for "Secutity Analysis".

Lam, what was your plan when you bought at 1.44? Definitely you have done your study and have an expectation then. if that is the case check the current situation against your plan, you may know what to do, don't search for answer here.
