Problem with ppl now is they invest now and expect to gain in the next few days. Hello Bill Gate, Warren Buffet etc also wait few years to accumulate their wealth. If a company is good, it eventually will go up. But some how i feel weird coz Tekseng is already an established company doing this raw mat and has existing and even increasing customers share price cant even beat Notion which just start doing face mask.

I saw the news, well i hope the demand is there and i hope more that there are no more cases as well. Their product are in demand now. Hope they could release some good news as many ppl now depend on that, not actually doing some research on the company to buy their shares.

I notice everytime when the price is going up, a large quantity sell down will be there. Perhaps some one is trying to keep the price between 0.79~0.81. Or is it because many trap at high price, once the price up, many are selling.

True, nowadays many look for good news/result/limit up counter. Probelm with today investor is they wan quick cash. Not much investing in value. Look at Tekseng, most of mask and PPE maker in Malaysia are their customers, there on top of the game but still no ppl invest in it.

Based on last year, the report is coming out around this time. Last year September 3rd. Looks good for long term, probably next year will get bonus or right issue.

They forecast next qr there will be 70% of their sales related to PPE, mask contribute to their sales. Bukit Mertajam investment probably because want to increase production capacity to meet demand. Looking at latest qr, their sales drop but profit increase, probably their high margin product sales.

Tekseng benighted from Covid-19 due to the increase demand in PPE, mask. Their share is currently oversold in the market. Hope this week the situation change.

They were expanding their manufacturing capacity by invest in new manufacturing facility. Too bad Covid hits. In long run, this company can be consider as US and China trade war are happening. Hope they could secure new projects. Of course their balance sheet is not going to be nice due to MCO. Many other companies are facing the same thing. Mask is just a side income.

Loss are mostly depreciation amounting to 10 millions. Operating loss is only 2.2 mil. Cost of production increase coz MCO no sales n product that has high margin has decrease in demand. Sales remain in range. Good and bad time to write off the depreciation as they put in all losses in this qr. However, currently markets have many new investors which may make them nervous or panic.

I read their 2019 annual report. EG acquired a new facility and it is mention in the report that it is fully automated (or at least) to reduce labour cost. The new facility is currently operating at 50% and the remaining is ready to serve new customers. They also said that they began to receive enquirers from various MNC company due to the trade war. Its true as many China and America company are shifting their suppliers. They also planning to venture into medical sector. Not a professional but I think during MCO, their new facility should not be a big problem when it needs to operate coz it is fully automated.Given the fact that their facility is ready, there should be no problem receiving new projects. They are ahead of many competitors. I took a glance at their revenue record, it shows a grow but not profit margin. I think it is better than other company that is mentioned recently. As I said, I'm not a professional, I think its worth holding it for now. Many ppl forget the fact that its an EMS. Covid-19 (vaccine etc) news should not be affecting this but it is the fact now. The recent convention of preference share might be director selling to their new customers or supplier as I have learn that some company do so in order to get better price for raw materials and so. Again I'm not a professional, I might be wrong, just my personal opinion.
