Although I said jokingly that Warren love this counter, the fact is I do think he will because Wellcall has a FRANCHISE. Only company with FANCHISE can demand good payment.

arv18, good question. I remember during my last factory visit, the mangement review to me that they demand 50% cash up front from the oversea buyer during order. Cannot remeber whether it is COD.

BTW, one of its strength is low inventory as well. They don't need a warehouse for the finished good. They manange to ship out promptly.

They are sitting on RM46mil cash. Most of the 63 sens NTA is cash.

speakup & arv18, thanks.

low NTA doesn't worry me too much. Calsberg only have a NTA of 80 sens. We are more concern with its earning power.

Wellcall has taken full depreciation of its two old factory. They have zero value in the book. If wellcall is not going under, the assets will not be distributed to its shareholders as the only thing leftover.

Benjamin might not like it but I am sure Warren love this stock.Lol

speakup, the only similarity between wellcall & Zhulian is high Quarterly dividend pay-out. They are very different in marketing, product line, location of factory stc.stc....

Anything I should know?

With the expanded capacity, it will enter into a new era, a new ball game. They might have to do something differently in term of marketing and production.

They already have amber time to think about that in the coming 15 months

It was a bad business decision. The management learned the lesson well.

The recent performance and dividend are commendable.

Better catch it early

Sorry FT, don't believe in Scheme Cepat Kaya. If the price goes up too fast, I do take trading profit but I believe in building a strong portfolio of investment.

Leverage with share fanancing? Yes. As long as you can serve the interest and don't get yourself 'Game Over'

To me, Buy low & sell high along the trendline & exit if price > fundamental value is the safest bet. But still a BET

Read Tan KW article and I agree that the PE is high.

Improving the profit margin alone is not enough. They have to raise the earning by increasing turnover. This is exactly what they planned to do by having the 3rd factory.

They paid out all the earning in dividend because there were no better use of the money in hand. This resulted in high ROE and dividend yield. The shareholders like it and willing to pay a premium for the share resulting in high PE.

They plan to borrow prudently and confident that future incomes will be higher than the on going low interest rate. Nothing wrong with it!

If they decided to have a lower dividen pay-out rate, so be it! The short term pain will only argue well for the long term.

What else can we ask for from the management? I am going to take a joylly ride on this air-cont coach well into the future. Ha ha ha Zzzzzzzzz.....

This is very similar to Superlon but a much more proven Horse

Good article by Tan KW, Firebird2. The share price has dropped quite a bit from RM4. 67 sens and > 15%. The question is "Is it time to pick up the falling knife?".

Maybe it is not quite laying on the floor, I see this as a golden opportunity to buy as it is not a case of deteriorating in fundamental value. In fact, the weakening Ringgit & rubber prices still pose as a very strong tail wind to boost its earning.

I am accumulating more at current level, Ipoh boys have BIG heart and appetite. Lol

honeydream, hang on there. Don't worry, it will soon get back to the level where it belongs. Next months? AGM, EGM and next Q results & dividend?

Modrian is a big factor. It was quite amazing how they manage to accumulate so many shares. If they put a higher valuation to the stock, the price will go up and stay high.

At this juncture, I am happy to collect 5 sens (2 sens after split) dividend a quarter until the 3rd factory is up & sunning. I am confident that they can do it at ease.

It is a pity that no more selling below 3.55.

No hoarding. Only piles of sand and boundary (red) pegs on the ground. Agree, I will also start construction works after CNY. However, they still can complete the necessary piling b4 CNY. I understand that they already working on the factory layout and purchase of machinery way back in March.

Firebird, I attended the last 2 AGMs as well. Didn't notice any fireworks, can't recognise you. Just joking....

I agree that they are modest, hard working and down to earth businessmen. I do have a lot of condident on them.

? are you expecting something new? How can they have more goodies ?

Yes Firebird, it is delayed. Their original plan is to complete inJuly 2014. I guess nothing will roll out of factory 3 in 2014.Maybe 2nd half of FY2015.

How are they going to cope with the higher production capacity (70%?)?

We can only sit and look pretty with the handsome dividends (5 to 6 more Q) before it is unveiled.

I remember the management has indicated that the production line does not consume a lot of electricity.

After the split, 10 sens a year => 2.5sens per quarter is 0.5 sens more than what we are getting now. It will make me very very happy.

I went to check the site last week and pity that no work has started. They were only piling up the sand for more filling? We will not see any contribution from the new factory in FY14.

However, it is not bad being paid well (>5.5%) while waiting.

Mondrian buying is one big factor.

High US$ & Low rubber prices --> good quarterly earnings & dividend

Phase 3 expansion argue well for growth.

Shares split is a Bonus.

It has everything going at the moment.

aunloke, I am glad you are keeping faith with the stock.

Stock

whkwoon, the prospect of YOCB looks good for the next 2 years.

Ipomember, is the earning or growth sustainable? A good question to ask but we can only guess at this juncture.

I hope the hotel clients will provide some stable revenue but the management only indicate that they account for 8% of the revenue.

My take is I hope the market will give the stock a more reasonable valuation in the near future. i.e. PE 8 TP > 1.20. consistance dividend growth. 4-4.5 sens for FY14.

Where is our economy heading? fingers crossed!

I feel that Quality of Management is very important. Their attitude, mindset and vision are what driving the company forward.I make it a point to attend AGM & Chat with them whenever possible.

In the case of YOCB, the four brothers are having major controlling stake in the company. They have the experience and are hard working. Above all, they have the shreholders' value in mind.

They are down to earth people and I am happy with their achievable target of 10-15% growth for FY2014.

Honestly speaking, I don't pay much attention to cash flow management as long as they are within reasonable boundaries. If I have confident with the management, I feel that they are the best person to be in charge of that.

Let us concentrate o finding the right stock that possess a good business and provide us with the best possible shareholders' value.
