The Company signed a Share Subscription Agreement (”SSA”) with NCE and its nominee, JCM Auto Components Sdn Bhd (“JCM”) on 19 August 2014.
The SSA marks the first stage of funding under the Agreement and includes the following (“the Share Placement”):
 Subscription by NCE for 41,666,666 NuEnergy shares at A$0.03 per share for A$1,249,999.98;
 Subscription by JCM for 41,666,667 NuEnergy shares at A$0.03 per share for A$1,250,000.01; and  Allotment of shares to NCE and JCM after the receipt of funds within 2 business days of signing the SSA
The Share Placement raises A$2.5 million and represents 19.9% of the expanded share capital of NuEnergy.
Appointment of Directors
Under the terms of the Agreement NCE has the right to appoint two directors to the Board of NuEnergy. The Company welcomes Mr Kee Yong Wah and Mr Kong Kok Keong to the Board effective immediately following the date of completion of the Share Placement.
